San Diego, CA - May 7, 2009 - Access to Independence - a cross-disability non-profit run largely by people with disabilities - announced today that its Executive Director Louis Frick was recently appointed to the State Independent Living Council by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Frick will be representing the 29 independent living centers located throughout the state of California.
