Access to independence of Imperial Valley and Access to independence of North County provide the same Core Services: Housing Referral, Personal Assistant Services, CAP, AT, Independent Living Program, Information and Referral, Systems Change Advocacy and a Volunteer Program.
Access to Independence of North County is located in the city of Vista and in 2006 celebrated 15 years of service in the area. The Vista office is equipped with a Computer Work Station that consumers have access to during the day. Staff provides training on surfing the net.
