a2i Staff Member Appointed to SD Brain Injury Foundation Board

The San Diego Brain Injury Foundation has been providing information and support to brain-injury survivors and their families since 1983; they promote public awareness and social advocacy regarding brain injury. On May 20th Access to Independence will be welcoming an intern who is coming to work at a2i for 3 months. Xu Zhang, from a small town in northern China, was a doctor working in a local hospital when he had a diving accident which left him a quad.
